Shipping Information
Orders will be processed within a minimum of 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours on business days. Items received on weekends and holidays will be shipped as soon as the shipping carrier allows. Sick of Liberals is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please allow at least 4-6 business days for shipments to arrive. Expect longer delays during the holidays. Coupons and gift cards are not valid on shipping fees.
Please note: Sick of Liberals is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If a package does not arrive as expected, we suggest contacting the shipping company to track the shipment.
Gift Card Information
Please allow at least an hour for e-gift cards to be delivered to email. Also be sure to check your junk inbox or SPAM email folder if the recipient does not receive the gift card within an hour of the scheduled time.
Gift cards do not expire.
Return Policy
We value your satisfaction. Tell us if something’s not right, if it’s in our control; we will make it right. Orders are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are no longer eligible for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition as received. All items must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Items with obvious signs of use such as any item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged items or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Once a return is received and inspected, the sender will receive an email with notification of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed and automatically credited to the credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient will receive a gift card credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to the email address provided.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund yet is not credited after 5 business days, contact the issuing credit card company or banking institution first. All credit card issuers and credit card companies reqire a processing period before the credit is posted.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
All of the return shipping costs must be paid by the . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns.
